Imagine your beautiful brand-new home.

Imagine looking outside and watching the sun set against the mountains in a quiet comfortable setting where everything from shopping and dining to hiking and horseback riding is right at your fingertips.

Imagine an area with incredible growth potential - an area where each passing month brings new shops, schools, churches, and job opportunities right to your front door.

Now, imagine a community that brings this all to you with spacious floor plans, pool-sized homesites, and amenities and options that allow you to build the home you’ve always wanted.

That community is The Estates at Skyline Ranch by Montalbano Homes.

The Estates is located in scenic Pinal County, just off Hunt Highway, in one of Phoenix’s fastest growing markets. The community opened in August 2005, with 122 homesites. Less than four months later, more than 20 of those homesites have been sold.

And the model homes aren’t even open for viewing yet.

The Estates at Skyline Ranch will be proudly opening its three model homes before the end of the year.

First, is The Heard, a 1967 square foot, one-story home featuring three bedrooms, two full baths, a formal dining room, great room, and kitchen with breakfast nook. This model showcases several of Montalbano’s impressive optional features including a 3-car garage, bay windows at the breakfast nook and master bedroom, and vaulted ceilings to name a few.

Next, is The Hayden. The Hayden is a 2625 square foot, two-story home with your choice of 4-5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths, dramatic two-story foyer, living room, dining room, family room, den, and kitchen with nook. Optional features displayed in the model include: 42” kitchen cabinets, extended covered patio, bay window at the breakfast nook, and ceramic tile and wood flooring.

Finally, there is The Camelback. At 3,506 square feet, The Camelback is one of the largest homes offered at the Estates at Skyline Ranch. It’s a first-floor master plan, with added flexibility on the upper level. The model features this home with five bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Take a stroll through the model and admire the cherry cabinets and crown molding, the vaulted ceilings, the gas fireplace with media niche, and the wood floors and beautiful granite countertops.

The Estates offers eight distinctive floor plans ranging in size from 1,976 up to 3,699 square feet, and both one and two-story homes are available. The floor plans offer anywhere from three to six bedrooms, so there’s plenty of room to grow. Additionally, each home comes with a covered patio, welcoming ceramic tile entry, and nine foot first-floor ceilings.

And if that’s not enough, Montalbano Homes provides an extensive selection of personalized options to help make your brand-new home even more special. Choose from vaulted ceilings, additional covered or extended patios, skylights, stunning upgrades to your flooring and countertops, enhanced structured wiring packages, and much more.

In addition to your beautiful home, you’ll also be getting a beautiful homesite. Homesites at the Estates are approximately 55’x120. So, you can enjoy those scenic mountain and country vistas from your pool, your barbeque area, or your child’s playset. With a backyard that size, the possibilities are endless.

Montalbano Homes began building in the Chicago area in 1975. In 2001, Anthony Montalbano brought his home-building vision to Phoenix. With more than 30 years experience in the industry, Montalbano Homes provides quality homes and outstanding customer service.

To visit The Estates at Skyline Ranch, take Rt. 60 East to Ellsworth. Travel south on Ellsworth to the Hunt Hwy. Then, travel east on Hunt Hwy to Gary Rd, and you will see the signs for Skyline Ranch. The sales trailer is located at 1518 W. Agrarian Hills Drive.
