A man has been booked in connection with numerous felonies for allegedly molesting the daughters of his girlfriend.

Jose Luis Terrazar confessed to Chandler authorities following his arrest on Thursday. He blamed his addiction to methamphetamines, but he also accused the girls, ages 12 and 7, of flirting with him and sitting immodestly, police records stated.

Terrazar is being held on eight counts of child molestation and three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

According to police, in early October the girls told their mother Terrazar repeatedly molested them. She confronted Terrazar, who admitted to the crimes.

At least one of the girls has developed a sexually-transmitted disease, according to the arrest record.

The record also shows Terrazar has numerous prior convictions for drugs, aggravated assault and driving on a suspended license.
