PHOENIX - Jury selection is in its second day today in the sexual assault trial in Phoenix of Mark Goudeau (goo-DOH').

Lawyers expect to impanel a jury by tomorrow. Today, Judge Andrew Klein dismissed two potential jurors -- one because it would force her to work long hours and another because he felt people who are arrested are likely guilty.

Goudeau is accused of attacking two sisters near a park in September 2005. The assault was investigated as part of Phoenix's Baseline Killer case. Police accuse Goudeau of committing 94 crimes in all, including nine murders.

He will face the remaining charges in a separate trial.

Opening statements in the current trial are expected to begin next Monday.
