Police investigate Mesa home invasion

Mesa police are looking for three men who robbed an apartment at gunpoint and stole a victim’s car early this morning.

No one was injured in the incident.

Shortly after midnight at the Indian Springs apartment complex, 1030 S. Stewart, the suspects knocked on the door and forced entry when a victim answered. The suspects bound the three victims, ransacked the apartment and then fled in a stolen black 2000 Chevy Impala.

The robbers are described as a 20-year-old black male, 5-foot-11 in height, weighing 170 pounds, wearing a black hoodie, faded black jeans and red shoes; a Hispanic male 17 or 18 years old, 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, wearing a black sweatshirt, black jeans and blue shoes; and a black male of an unknown age, 5-foot-11, 160 pounds and clad in a red hoodie.
