Two bandits with bandanas covering their faces stole 36 beers and some cash from a Circle K store Tuesday.
According to a Mesa police summary of the incident, the suspects entered the store at 810 W. Southern Ave. at 1:04 a.m. and one of them immediately pulled a small, silver handgun on the clerk.
His partner went to the cooler and grabbed two 18-packs of beer. They left and Mesa police, who arrived on scene within three minutes, were unable to find them.
