US Airways will begin offering Wi-Fi service on its aircraft beginning in early 2010, the Tempe-based carrier said Thursday.
US Airways has fullest June flights ever
The airline said it is working with Aircell to provide inflight Internet service, including Web, instant messaging, e-mail and VPN access, to passengers with laptops, smartphones and other Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Initially the service will be available only on US Airways’ Airbus A321 aircraft on select domestic routes.
Pricing for the service will be announced closer to the launch, the company said.
