TUCSON - Police have arrested a man who was accused of trying to set a woman on fire outside the Tucson Police Department headquarters.

Authorities say the 24-year-old man didn't know the intended victim, whom he doused in lighter fluid.

Police spokesman Officer Chuck Rydzak says the man also lit five matches but they likely burned out because of the wind.

Rydzak says the man is now facing charges of assault and endangerment.
