Students from Chandler-Gilbert Community College’s engineering program have been selected to participate in Intel’s Ultimate Engineering Experience, a nationwide internship program designed to provide hands-on technical engineering experience. The six-week program takes students through a variety of technical skill development activities, including team based project work, competitions, professional skill development, networking and social activities.

As part of the commitment Intel CEO Paul Otellini made during the President’s Council on Jobs and Effectiveness, Intel has offered 120 students in Arizona the opportunity to participate in its nationwide internship program.

The program, which launched in Chandler, will expand to additional states, including New Mexico, Texas, California and Oregon, throughout the remainder of June and into mid-July.
