The third annual Achen-Gardner Construction “Rock the Block!” is returning to downtown Chandler on Nov. 10. The event promotes local businesses and offers a variety of activities, including live entertainment on three stages, a kids zone with interactive games, face painting, giant inflatables, a zip-line and more than 100 retail, arts and crafts vendors.
Also, members of the Arizona Rattlers Arena Football team and Sidewinder dancers teach drills and sign autographs.
The event is scheduled from noon until 8 p.m. on Arizona Avenue, between Chandler Boulevard and Frye Road.
A community stage will feature “Chander’s Got Talent,” a variety act talent show. Online submissions will be accepted beginning Sept. 3. For more information, send an email to gottalent@slentertainment.com.
