  There are only two points to discuss at this juncture: 1. The airport (size, growth, noise); and 2. Schools, and the fact that Mesa is not building one, but Basis is (and we all know that Basis caters to the higher functioning student, since they kick out anyone who doesn't pass a tests at the end of each uear).

  I hope none of the homes are over $100k, or they'll be among all the others that don't sell.
