Arizona is hoping to help workers seeking jobs through the creation of a new website by the state Department of Economic Security.

The Arizona Job Connection website is designed to help both job seekers and employers identify the best talent to fill an open position. The website is created with the national America’s Job Link Alliance.

On the site, potential employees can conduct job searches for positions that match their skills and experience, build and post resumes online, create a personal profile and receive email updates.
