Brightway Insurance announced this week it plans to open 68 stores in Arizona, including eight in Mesa.

With the openings, nearly 700 jobs will be created, according to a news release.

Brightway is a national independent insurance retailer that recently opened its first store in Scottsdale.

Earlier this year, Brightway announced plans to expand into 17 states. The company started in 2003 and sales are expected to reach more than $240 million nationwide this year.

Clever how the EVT disguises an ad as news. They even give the companie's web site address for a quote.

    Arizona is a corporate state.
    Business is supreme over all.
This morning by owner was watching a tv " talk " show and it was nothing but one paid advertisement after another. The TV " hostess " would talk with the business owner and he would proclaim how his business was better than all the other businesses in the same field, and at the end of each segment they posted on the screen " paid for by blah blah inc. " which was the business she had just " interviewed ".

They try to disguise commercials as " talk " shows ... anything they can think of to get you to sit through their sales pitches.

As long as you are aware of what they are doing it is a bit entertaining. Most of the " pitches " are so poorly done they are laughable.
