Scottsdale-based Standard Pacific Homes recently sold the last houses available within two of its premier Valley communities, the Villages at Laveen Meadows in Phoenix and the Villages at Sonoran Mountain Ranch in Peoria.

The builder currently has 15 remaining communities.
