“I review, interview and hire new TeleSales Consultants.” Buffington has held her current job for five months.
What do you like best?
“I enjoy knowing that I am helping people to meet their personal and financial needs through employment with a great company. I also enjoy the diverse group of people that I have daily interaction with. The employees of Inpulse Response Group truly are fun to work with and make it easy to want to come to work everyday!”
What skills/education are needed to enter your field?
Skills needed include good communication skills – both verbal and written; and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required and college education is preferred.
Describe a memorable experience in your job “
Inpulse Response Group rewards its employees for tenure with the company. When an employee reaches his or her yearly anniversary, he or she receives a company shirt along with an anniversary card signed personally by the owner, Steve Pittendrigh. When I received my gift and card, I felt truly appreciated for the time I have spent with Inpulse Response Group and I look forward to many more years here!”
