Cleaning auto parts doesn’t have to be a messy and expensive affair with The Portable Parts Washer on the job.

For about $35, you get a tray system that’s 18 by 15 by four inches to handle whatever fits inside, whether a carburetor, suspension pieces or even gummed-up paint rollers. Just pour your solvent/cleaner into the black tray and set the gray tray on top. Wash your parts with the supplied brushes while wearing the supplied gloves and when everything is clean, just lift off the gray tray with the parts still sitting there and place it on the red tray to drip dry.

Or, if the parts need soaking for a while, just use the red tray as a cover to keep the smell at bay and then later use it as a drying tray. When the parts are ready to use or be reassembled, just snap red tray/lid on and store The Portable Parts Washer until the next time it’s needed. If you’re confused, now’s a good time to head to www.portablepartswasher.com to view.
