The Tempe Gateway building in the Mill Avenue District is set to become home to the Valley’s third Loco Patron Mexican restaurant.
Loco Patron, which currently has locations in Scottsdale and Ahwatukee Foothills, signed a lease earlier this month with Vulcan Real Estate for nearly 5,000 square feet of space on the ground floor.
The restaurant is slated to open this fall, and will take over a southeast-facing spot in the eight-story, 260,000-square-foot building located at the corner of Third Street and Mill Avenue, adjacent to the Mill Avenue-area light rail stop.
