Scottsdale-based Linthicum launched a property management company that will serve Arizona and Hawaii.
Linthicum Custom Care will provide property management and warranty services such as repair and maintenance for Linthicum’s divisions.
Linda Haskey, director of Linthicum Custom Care, said the new entity will serve as caretaker of buildings constructed by the Scottsdale company. “(The company) provides a single point of contact for maximizing maintenance with a greater commitment and sense of pride than an outside firm,” said Haskey.
