Regardless of color, many in AZ clearly don't take economic factors into whether or not to have a baby. That can be seen by the fact that the State pays for more than 50% of all births in the state. If you don't have the money to deliver the baby, how are you going to care for it there after?

There is no bad economy. Just ask Mrs. Obama.....Barrack brought on a massive recovery. Right wing propagandists!

Juggernaut8000: Clearly, being a racist doesn't make a person intelligent. Why don't you have "uneducated" tattooed on your forehead. You can't hide it.

I find this hard to believe. Just look anywhere, especially Arizona Mills mall and see all the minorities (majorities if they all could be accurately counted) with all their babies that the taxpayer will undoubtedly have to support.
