If there are no sales taxes, how can they "go uncollected"? That's like saying we should have had a budget surplus.

AZ online shoppers saved $700 million dollars.Gosh, I guess that is really bad for the economy. We have to do something to get it in the hands of the Government so they can spend it.

"The National Conference of State Legislatures said Arizona will watch an estimated $708 million in sales taxes go uncollected this year on online and catalog purchases, the ninth-highest amount in the nation." Really? Given AZs nearly 10% tax rate, that means Arizonans ALONE spent over 7 billion dollars online in ONE year. Highly unlikely.
