With enough moisture still in place, storm chances continue across Northern Arizona today, but our Valley forecast looks dry.
Valley highs will warm to the mid 90s this afternoon, putting us several degrees below our 30-year average of 102.
Drier air will continue to filter in from the northwest Thursday as low pressure weakens over Northwestern Arizona and high pressure builds offshore.
That means our Valley forecast will stay dry.
Up north, storm chances will back off but still average around 20 to 30 percent as we finish out the workweek Thursday and Friday.
Temperatures will gradually warm-up into the weekend with the triple digits making a comeback in Phoenix by Friday. It won't get too hot, though! Near normal highs of 102 to 104 are expected Saturday through next Tuesday.
