Located near the intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road at 10204 W. Happy Valley Road, Suite 160, in Peoria, Banner North Peoria Primary Care offers same-day/next-day appointments and is available to meet the health care needs of the entire family—regardless of age.
The staff, headed by Charity Weldt, M.D., builds relationships with patients. As a primary care physician, she coordinates care with specialists when necessary.
Weldt practices medicine in the community where she lives. She specializes in all aspects of family medicine including preventive, chronic and acute care.
