Jurors at the trial of the main suspect in Phoenix’s Serial Shooter attacks finished their second day of deliberations without reaching a verdict Friday.
The six-man, six-woman jury was set to resume deliberations at Dale Hausner’s trial on Monday morning.
Hausner is charged with killing eight people and attacking 20 others in 2005 and 2006.
Police say Hausner randomly attacked people and animals from his car in a conspiracy that occasionally included his brother, Jeff Hausner, and his roommate, Samuel Dieteman.
Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against Dale Hausner if he’s convicted. Hausner has denied any involvement in the attacks.
