Put on your dancing shoes and kick up your heart rate!
Banner Health welcomes the community to a free "Day of Dance for Your Health" 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 11, at two locations in the East Valley: Superstition Springs Mall, 6555 E. Southern Ave., Mesa (sponsored by Banner Heart Hospital), and Tempe Marketplace, 2000 E. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe (sponsored by Banner Desert Medical Center).
The event combines dancing to different kinds of music (ballroom, rock, jazz, salsa, swing and hip-hop), with health screenings and information about heart disease and other health topics.
