If you ended up with an old computer or unwanted electronics after the holidays, you can recycle that equipment during an Arizona Technology Council Foundation event on Jan. 21. You can drop off computers, peripherals, networking equipment, servers, point-of-sale equipment, surplus metals, wire, cable and power strips. Lab or test equipment is also accepted. A portion of the equipment will be donated statewide to support Arizona educational programs.

All Arizona Data Doctors will participate on the same day. A list of locations is available at www.datadoctors.com/mkt/AZ. If you are dropping off a hard drive and want to make sure the information is securely wiped, go to Data Doctors at 725 S. Rural Road, #107, in Tempe.

Equipment can be dropped off 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 21. East Valley locations include:

• Avnet Price Road Facility, 8700 S. Price Road, Tempe

• InfusionSoft, 2065 W. Obispo Ave., Gilbert

• Intel, 5000 W. Chandler Blvd., Chandler
