Brian Johnson/AFN Just days after she was injured, AFN visited Mackenzie Saunders at St. Joesph's Hospital in Phoenix on Dec. 20, 2009 where the Ahwatukee girl was being treated for spinal cord injuries and given daily physical therapy. To help keep her spirits up, Mackenzie would play with a hand-held video game device that had been given to her by, at the time, an unidentified young girl. Dec. 20, 2009
