Agnes Oblas, ANP-C, nurse practitioner, and UnitedHealthcare have signed a provider contract. As a Primary Care Provider (PCP), Oblas and her practice, New Paths to Healthcare, LLC, is now a credentialed PCP for patients covered by any of the UnitedHealthcare health plans.
New Paths to Healthcare, LLC provides 60-minute office visits for new patients and 30 minutes for returning patients, as well as same day appointments.
Messages are answered and results of testing are provided personally. The full range of medical problems that present to any primary care setting are assessed, diagnosed, and managed in a comprehensive and personalized manner.
Referrals to an expert panel of specialists are always available and coordination of care a priority.
