John M. Martin II has been accepted into the professional veterinary medical program at Colorado State University for the fall 2011 term. Martin was among 138 students selected for the program from a pool of 1,764 applicants. Selection is based primarily on academic achievement, familiarity with the facets of veterinary medicine and extracurricular and community activities.
Martin graduated in 2008 from Desert Vista High School and received an undergraduate degree in agribusiness from Arizona State University. He is the son of John and Victoria Martin of Ahwatukee Foothills.
