Firebird International Raceway is gearing up for its fall season with the following events:
• The Super Chevy Show tour brings high-powered Chevy racing action and classic Chevy show cars to the Valley Oct. 29-30. The event is for all ages.
• The NAPA Auto Parts Lucas Oil World Finals Nov. 16-20.
• Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Championship is bringing back daredevil riders Dec. 9-11, as they unleash their mayhem upon Firebird International Raceway's off-road course.
Weekend action includes an amateur "Run What You Brung" timed Auto Cross, Chevy Powered Street Drags, and hundreds of Chevy's on display at the Show & Shine.
