Actor Colin Egglesfield arrested at Tempe Festival of the Arts

Actor Colin Egglesfield was arrested in Tempe over the weekend.

A spokesman with the Tempe Police Department confirmed that the "Rizzoli & Isles" actor was arrested during the Festival of the Arts show along Mill Avenue on March 29.

According to the police report, the actor was observed by an officer around 2:28 a.m. knocking over metal stanchions surrounding artwork, as well as knocking over a table inside a vendor's tent.

Paperwork, plastic holders and a large sign were damaged during the incident, according to the report.

The actor was apparently in town with his dad and brother, according to posts on his Twitter account. The actor also posted a photo from an Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game.

Egglesfield was arrested on charges of criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

The actor has held roles in multiple television series, including "The Client List," "Melrose Place," "All My Children" and "Nip/Tuck."
