Argyle socks, anyone? Queen Creek offers knitting class

Surprise your family and friends with homemade argyle socks and scarves next holiday season!

Queen Creek is offering a class for beginning knitters of all ages. The class will teach the best knitting techniques and how to fix common knitting mistakes. The program will be offered on Saturday mornings starting Sept. 8.

Registration is continuing through Sept. 6. The registration fee is $25 for residents and $37 for non-residents. Class space is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Register online at QueenCreek.org or during office hours at the Library Recreation Annex, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fridays.
