Banner Ironwood Medical Center named Terresa Paulus as its new chief nursing officer.
Paulus, a registered nurse, served as director of medical, surgical and oncology services at Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center since 2008 and as interim chief nursing officer in early 2012.
“(Paulus) brings strong leadership to our campus,” said Banner Ironwood CEO Julie Nunley. “She has created a supportive practice environment that promotes collaboration, shared decision-making and ongoing professional development.”
Paulus has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also has Nurse Executive Advanced Certification.
