There are several issues to point out: 1. Make sure the barriers and markers are placed so that typical vehicles hit them; 2. Be sure to place the barriers at least 2 months before the construction starts, and leave them for 4 months after the completion of the project; 3. Equipment should only be moved in the traffic lanes during peak hours (7-9 am, and 4-6 pm) to achieve the greatest impact on those going to and from work; 4. Never, ever dig and ditch and bury two cables, always re-dig for the second one; 5. Be sure to have drive right and drive left signs placed randomly, for the greatest effect of confusion; Finally, if you have any questions, go to the Power Road construction site (south of the 202) to observe!
