A public open house meeting on the future of Germann Road between Power and Ironwood roads will be held on 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Queen Creek Branch Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek.

The Germann Road Corridor Study was initiated to determine future improvements necessary in anticipation of projected growth in the Southeast Valley. Queen Creek is hosting the meeting with ADOT.

The meeting will take place in the Queen Creek Library’s Zane Grey Conference Room.

Study results will assist Pinal County, Maricopa County, Queen Creek and Mesa in determining proposed roadway improvements and plans for scheduling improvements over the next 25 years.

The study is part of ADOT’s Planning Assistance for Rural Areas program that provides federal funds to communities.

For more information about the study visit www.azdot.gov/Germann.
