  Don't fall for it, they try this every year, sometimes more! This sad excuse for an economic plan and if you all can't feel the crunch by now you're not paying attention!!!

  The Parks Bond package seems mostly to cover the cost of the $100-million give-away to build the Chicago cry-baby billionaire his Cubs Stadium at Riverview.

  Let him pay for it himself.
