'Cities are making investments..' Now, isn't that nice? The rich owners of the teams can continually shake down the taxpayers of the various cities in Az for countless millions of dollars for the building of new stadiums. If Spring Training is such a lucrative deal, seems to me it would pay for itself, doesn't it? Well, sayeth these owners,' why should we pay for all this infrastructure when these foolish tax slaves will fall all over themselves to vote in tax after tax after tax to fund these things? All we need to do is threaten to move to Florida, and that's all its takes!' What a deal, aye?
