US Airways that fly from PHX to Hawaii are all 20 years old also.
Since Allegiant doesn't fly to the other islands, I doubt this service will cause Hawaiian or US Airways to lose much sleep.

Yep...it seems some reporters don't check their facts before they report. However old the 757 is a good plane to begin developing the Hawaii route. Later they can get bigger aircraft and newer.[wink]

These are not new 757 since they don't make them anymore. In reality these planes are over 20 years old based on the serial numbers and were owned by 4 previous airlines. Gotta love journalism.
