Mesa is holding two classes this month that focus on neighborhood issues as part of its “Sizzling Hot Topics” workshop series.

On Aug. 18, a class on neighborhood nuisances will address the tough issues of feral cats, pigeons and barking dogs.

On Aug. 25, a water conservation class will offer tips to save money.

Both classes are held from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fire Station 206, 815 S. Lindsay Road. Each class costs $10. To register, visit www.theleadershipcentre.org or call (480) 732-7174.
