Unfortunately, the sign will be worth more than the entire hotel. It would be nice if the Patels would clean that dump up and be more discriminate as to who they rented rooms out to.[sad]

Mis-placed Priorities: We have battered women's shelters closing for lack of funding, transplant patients dying for lack of funding and homeless people within close proximity of the sign sleeping in the street without food or medical attention. But somehow, people find it in their heart to donate for the restoration of a sign!
