The City of Mesa is accepting public comment concerning the 2014-15 Annual Action Plan for funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, or HUD.
The city will accept comments from the public through April 10 on how to use the money provided by the federal government allocated for housing and community development for low- and moderate-income residents. The city anticipates allocating more than $4 million for various projects.
Part of the process includes a public hearing, which is scheduled for April 3 at 5:30 p.m. at the Lower Level Council Chambers at 57 E.
