  Different animal. This library will attract a different demographic.
  And, next door we have a subsidized housing project on one side and a hardware store across the street.
  Now, how do we get rid of TLC?

  I find it odd that the Mayor gushes about bringing the Library downtown when it seems to City doesn't support the one it has.
