An armed gunman got away with cash Monday from a Mesa fast-food restaurant.
According to a Mesa police report, the robber was described as a black man, 20 to 30 years old, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 to 180 pounds.
The robber was wearing a black jacket with a hood and black cargo pants, witnesses said.
The police report stated the man walked into the Jack in the Box at 1860 W. Southern Ave. about 6:40 p.m. and demanded cash.
The robber ran away, police said.
