And being from the Mesa clan of Brinton's, know that he was a Mormon, too.

What does that have to do with anything?

So are the Whitings. This does not matter Dale, what matters is what Robert Brinton has done during his life for this city. He was a quite leader that worked hard for Mesa. He did some great things for this city, and his greatest contribution was spring training. I believed he could have done more at times, but I have meet with him a few times and always felt he was pleasant, respectful and listened to ideas and concerns. He was what this city did not have in city hall for many years. A guy that worked hard and wanted to improve his community. He will be missed.
