Bookmans Entertainment Exchange in Mesa will host a science discussion with a local graduate student for local middle and high school students on Nov. 5

Starting at 6:30 p.m., students between the ages of 10 and 16 will be able to discuss scientific issues with Jayden Newstead, who researches dark matter for the Arizona State University Physics Department. The event is part of a series of student science cafes — presented in association with the Arizona SciTech Festival — that offers students a comfortable environment to engage in scientific topics with experts.

Bookmans is located at 1056 S. Country Club Drive in Mesa.
