The City of Mesa will promote its small businesses through its participation in the fourth-annual Small Business Saturday on Nov. 30.
Small Business Saturday, which is sandwiched between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, is a nationwide event meant to spur local connection with smaller businesses. Those businesses will be offered toolkits and other resources as part of their participation in the event.
“Mesa small businesses are the backbone of our economy and have so much to offer holiday shoppers. I encourage residents to use this day to explore our local small businesses; you never know what you might find!” Mayor Scott Smith said in a statement.
