A company with Arizona and Florida connections has purchased the 196-unit Bella Vista senior housing complex at 1825 W. Emelita Avenue in Mesa, according to Business Real Estate Weekly of Arizona, a publication of the Rose Law Firm.

The company, Senexus Properties LLC, paid $10.3 million for the assisted living and independent living facility. At closing, it was 73 percent occupied. Bella Vista was once a 350-unit senior apartment complex, but was remodeled in 2010. It was originally built in 1979.
