Story signer Missy Keast told the story of Santa learning sign language to a group of K-5 students during a Silent Sleigh Expo on Dec 16. More than 50 children who are deaf or hard of hearing from Sequoia Elementary School, Leah Elementary School and Phoenix Day School of the Deaf attended the event which featured games, stories and a special appearance from Santa Claus, who was able to sign with the kids to make sure their holiday wishes were known.
The Silent Sleigh Expo was hosted by the ASL Inside Foundation and sponsored by Arizona Relay Service. For more information on the ASL Inside Foundation, visit www.aslinside.com.

Typo error - it was Lehi Elementary School, not Leah, with K-6 students.
Wonderful experience for those children! Great way for them to socialize with each other!
