A Mesa man is being held without bond in a Maricopa County Jail in connection with the death last week of his fiancee’s 4-year-old daughter.
Jose Gonzalez-Dominguez said the girl fell by the swimming pool at the apartment complex where they lived, but according to an autopsy report from the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office she died of blunt force trauma to the head and body, and Mesa police say the pool was closed.
Gonzalez-Dominguez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was arrested Monday on suspicion of child abuse and failure to report it in connection with the girl’s death and failing to report the incident, three days after the girl, Anays Carimbocas, was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Police say the charge likely will be upgraded to murder.
Shortly after 9 p.m. on Friday, police responded to a 911 call at the complex after the girl’s mother returned home from work and discovered her looking pale and breathing shallowly. Both the girl’s mother and Gonzalez-Dominguez waited for at least 30 minutes to call 911, according to information from police.
Gonzalez-Dominguez is denying he did anything to hurt the girl, said Detective Steve Berry, a Mesa police spokesman.
The other three children who lived in the house now are in the care of Child Protective Services.

Every single woman legally residing in the U.S. who has aided and abetted an illegal alien should be incarcerated along with the murderer who took her child's life. Until these woman are marched out in handcuffs and incarcerated we will continue to see mothers who care more for male companionship from someone who has violated our laws than she does for the welfare of her children playing an integral part in the death of more and more children.

What's truely sad is that another little child is murdered by a piece of waste that should never have been allowed to breathe. My thoughts go out to the mother of this baby girl. I hope one day she'll learn to choose her men better. That this waste of human life should be executed for his crimes as should anyone who does something this horrible to anyone let alone a child.
