Thanks to the help of Two Men and a Truck, local schools and media, women staying at a local crisis center have much-needed items, like toothbrushes, shampoo, clothes and more.

During the nationwide “Movers for Moms” collection drive, which included the Mesa franchise, more than 115,000 items were donated to women in shelters for domestic abuse victims and the homeless.

Locally, the Mesa’s Two Men and a Truck franchise partnered with Sunrise Preschool of Mesa and KTAR-FM (92.3 FM) to collect items, including food, clothing, toiletries and other essentials for women staying at Phoenix’s Sojourner Center.
