Mesa group works to preserve neon history along Main Street

The Starlite Motel sign as it looked in August 2012 located on Main Street between Gilbert Road and Lindsay Road in Mesa, Arizona. The famous "Diving Lady" was located on the black motel sign until a storm in October 2010 brought the whole sign crashing down.

Sounds great, but first they need to get rid of all the prostitutes, drug addicts, and half way house ex cons who live in these motels first.
These slum lord flop houses are blight on downtown Mesa not an opportunity.
