Athletes of all abilities can join or just watch Ali Vincent, the Mesa native who was the 2008 winner on The Biggest Loser, compete in Saturday’s third annual Run, Walk and Roll event in Tempe. The run is the signature event for Vincent, who parlayed her reality TV experience into a career as a fitness spokeswoman.

The first event in the run begins at 8 a.m. Saturday at Tempe Beach Park. Registration starts at $15 for the various races, which include a 5K, 10K, 1-mile fitness walk and a half-mile kids fun run. All participants will receive a technical shirt, goody bag, pre- and post-race refreshments and access to vendors. All proceeds benefit Arizona Disabled Sports. Register online at www.RunWalkRollAZ.com. For information, call (480) 835-6273 or visit www.ArizonaDisabledSports.com.
